Szabolcs Hajdu’s Berlin Forum title Bibliotheque Pascal is Hungary’s submission for the Academy Award for best foreign language film.
Bibliotheque Pascal, Hajdu’s fifth feature, won several prizes at the 41st Hungarian Film Week in February including the Golden Reel main prize, best cinematography, and the Gene Moskowitz Prize awarded by international critics.
The film will receive its South American premiere at the Rio de Janeiro International Film Festival and its Asian premiere at Pusan.
