Alejandro G. Innaritu's BIRDMAN secured nine noms, including mentions in the Best Film, Director and Original Screenplay categories. Acting nods go to Michael Keaton and Emma Stone.
Best Film: Richard Linklater's BOYHOOD is nominated in six categories, including Best Director and Best Original Screenplay.
Wes Anderson's fast-paced comedy THE GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL is up for awards in nine categories including Best Director, Best Original Screenplay and Best Cinematography.

THE IMITATION GAME gets eight nominations, including Best Actor and Actress nods for Benedict Cumberbatch and Keira Knightley.
Ava DuVernay's civil rights drama SELMA scored two nominations for Best Film and Best Original Song.
James Marsh's Stephen Hawking biopic THE THEORY OF EVERYTHING is up for five awards, with nominations in the Best Film, Adapted Screenplay and Original Score categories. Best Actor and Actress nods go to Eddie Redmayne and Felicity Jones respectively.
Damian Chazelle's WHIPLASH received five nominations including Best Film, Best Adapted Screenplay and a Best Supporting Actor nod for JK Simmons.
