Marvel Studios’ Guardians Of The Galaxy has earned $245.3m internationally and $255.2m in North America.

The sci-fi adaptation scored the biggest August debut in Hollywood history when it opened top on $94.3m on August 1.

It reclaimed pole position last weekend to rank as the top earner of the summer.

Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures International is yet to open Guardians Of The Galaxy in China, Germany, Japan and Italy.
