Chile's hottest film-maker, Jorge Olguin, has signed with Los Angeles-based D-No Entertainment and Genesis Literary Agency for worldwide management and representation respectively.

The move comes after Ogluin's second feature, horror film Sangre Eterna, opened in Chile to critical acclaim last October and went on to become the become the biggest box office hit in the history of Chilean cinema.

Several US studios are understood to have been looking at the film, with an eye to remaking it in English.
