Production has wrapped on Pepe Danquart’s drama Run Boy Run. Mimi Steinbauer’s Radiant Films International represents world sales and is in talks with EFM buyers.

Heinrich Hadding wrote the screenplay based on Uri Orlev’s 2004 novel of the same name about a child who escapes from the Warsaw Ghetto during the second world war and hides in the woods until hostilities have ceased.

Newcomer Andy Tkacz stars alongside Jeanette Hain, Rainer Bock, Itay Tiran and Katarzyna Bargielowska.

Bittersuess Pictures produced the German-French drama wth Ciné-Sud / Vandertastic, A Company and Quintefilm.

NFP is handling the release in Germany, A Company holds Russian and Eastern European rights and Kino Swiat will distribute in Poland.
