EXCLUSIVE: Shooting Stars has taken the film for the Middle East, while BestFilm has taken it for the Baltic states.

Urfin And His Wooden Soldiers

Russia’s Wizart Distribution has closed its first deals at the EFM for the 3D animated feature film Urfin And His Wooden Soldiers for the Middle East (Shooting Stars) and the Baltic states (BestFilm), with the theatrical premiere set for autumn 2016.

Konstantin Bronzit, the creative producer of the Melnitsa Studio production, is one of this year’s nominees in the Academy Awards’ Short Film (Animated) category for his film We Can’t Live Without Cosmos.
