The annual ARPA International Film Festival will take place from Sept 22-24 in Hollywood and will open with Braden King’s Sundance premiere Here starring Ben Foster and Lubna Azabal.
The roster of 30 features, shorts, documentaries, music videos and animation represents work from countries as diverse as Afghanistan, Armenia, France, Turkey, Uganda and the US.
“We will present a worldwide line-up of dynamic films highlighting issues of Diaspora, human rights, and war as well as some good old-fashioned entertainment,” director of programming Armen Toumajan said.
