Anchor Bay Entertainment, the UK home entertainment arm of US distributor Anchor Bay, has signed a four film co-production agreement with Jonathan Sothcott’s Richwater Films.

The two companies will develop, finance and produce a minimum of four feature films per year, starting with thriller We Still Kill The Old Way. Anchor Bay Entertainment will retain UK distribution rights.

Co-written by Gary Lawrence and Green Street Hooligans’ writer Dougie Brimson, the feature revolves around a group of ageing London gangsters on a vigilante killing spree after one of their number is murdered by a street gang.

The deal is not exclusive for Richwater, which will shortly begin filming gangster epic Top Dog for Universal Pictures UK.
