Myriad chief Kirk D’Amico and his team struck deals with eOne for the UK, Germany (where Splendid will handle the theatrical release) and South Africa and Village Roadshow for Australia.
As previously announced Magnet Films acquired Goon shortly after the world premiere in Toronto and will release in the US in 2012. Alliance will distribute in Canada.
Rights have gone to Seven7Sept in France, where Metropolitan will handle the theatrical release, and Nordisk in Scandinavia.
Deals also closed in Latin America (Swen), Benelux (A-Film), CIS (CD Land / Voxell), Switzerland (Praesens), Middle East (Eagle Films), Turkey (D Productions), Indonesia (PT Fresto) and pan-Asian pay TV (STAR TV).
