Case studies on Nymphomanic and The Monuments Men will run alongside sessions with experts from HBO, NBC Universal and Sony Pictures Entertainment among others.
The Erich Pommer Institut has unveiled its line-up of speakers for its four-day event Clearing Rights for Film and TV.
The seminar, which will run from April 9-13 on Mallorca, will aim to share information on identifying and clearing rights fast and effectively through case studies demonstrating best practice and strategies.
Case studies will focus on Nymphomaniac, The Monuments Men, The Bourne Supremacy, The King’s Speech, Borat and Italian for Beginners.

Topics set to be covered include music in films and documentaries; dealing with trademarks and artworks in film and TV; clearing rights for docs, factual entertainment and event content; and the role of E & O insurances.
