Mandragora International has sold the Italian rights to The Autobiography of Nicolae Ceausescu, directed by Romanian Andrei Ujica, to Cinecitta Luce.

Mandragora International has sold the Italian rights to The Autobiography ofNicolae Ceausescu,directed by Romanian Andrei Ujica, to Cinecitta Luce. Presented in Official Selection, Out of Competition, the film is the editing of unseen footage of 1 000 hours during the dictatorship of Ceaucescu from 1965 to 1989.

“We are very proud to have acquired this incredible film which is a precious testimony that adds up to the ones that are the treasure of our collection,” said Luciano Sovena, General Manager of Cinecitta Luce.
