The Blair Witch Project co-director Eduardo Sanchez is directing the horror-thriller about friends who encounter Bigfoot in the woods.

Robin Cowie, Jane Fleming, Andy Jenkins and Mark Ordesky are producing and Gregg Hale and Reed Frerichs serve as executive producers.

The ensemble cast includes Dora Madison Burge, Samuel Davis, Roger Edwards, Chris Osborn, Denise Williamson and Brian Steele. Jamie Nash wrote the screenplay.

Production is scheduled to begin on Apr 9 at Spiderwood Studios in Elgin, Texas.

This will be the second project under a multi-title collaboration between Haxan Films and Amber Entertainment.

The first was 2011 festival hit Lovely Molly, which is set to be released through Image on May 18.
