The New York-set story comes from Gillian Robespierre, who broke out at Sundance with her rom-com feature directorial debut Obvious Child.

Sierra/Affinity is expected to handle international sales through its deal with OddLot.

Robespierre will co-write with her Obvious Child co-writer Elisabeth Holm and OddLot’s Gigi Pritzker will produce with Holm. 

All the parties would say about Untitled Divorce Comedy is it takes place in the Big Apple and centres on three women.

A24 swooped on Obvious Child in Park City and has set a June 6 theatrical release.
