Shooting on Serafini’s The Healer earmarked for Sept 14

Giuseppe Pedersoli of Rome-based Smile Productions and Susan Johnson will produce the film, which tells of teenage twins who embark on a camping trip with their father that turns into a perilous adventure as they become lost in a haunted forest. Giorgio Serafini will direct from his screenplay.

“Giorgio has written a beautiful, intensely personal script. We are so excited to see Isabelle, Joel and James bring this family to life” Johnson said. “The story requires settings we could only find in North Carolina.”
