Stanley Weber to star in Not Another Happy Ending

French Actor Stanley Weber is to star opposite Karen Gillan in indie comedy Not Another Happy Ending.

Directed by John McKay and produced by Synchronicity Films, shooting is due to begin next month in Glasgow.

Weber, who recently starred alongside Audrey Tautou in Cannes closer Thérèse Desqueyroux will play a publishing boss whose best client is suffering a bout of writers block. Black Death actor Emun Elliot was previously attached to star in the role.

Weber recently starred in Oliver Hirschbiegel’s Borgia and can next be seen in Thea Sharrock’s Henry V for the BBC.
