Film Tree, the specialist partnership agency, has appointed former Universal Pictures marketing director Gavin Miller as a partner.
He will join the company’s two founding partners Edward Sharp and Stephen Norton.
The agency was appointed by the UK Film Council in December to develop advertiser-funded opportunities in film production. It is currently working on a slate of eight different projects.
A former commercial director at BBC Worldwide, Miller’s is also a former marketing director for London-based commercial radio station, Capital Radio.
Sharp said: “We are delighted to have someone with Gavin’s commercial experience and expertise on board and this will broaden the range of skills and services that we can offer both brands and the UK film industry.”
