W. Judson Martin, the long-serving CFO of Alliance AtlantisCommunications, will be leaving the company for health reasons.
He has agreed to stay onboard until a successor is in place,an appointment that is expected to take place in September.
"Jud is a valued friend as well as a colleague and hewill be missed, but as a friend, I know this is the right move, given hishealth concerns" said AAC chairman and CEO Michael MacMillan.
The AAC chief credited Martin for his leading role inspinning off the company's motion picture distribution arm into an incometrust.
Martin said he will assist in the transition to hissuccessor and would remain available to the company to assist with matters in which MacMillan would like his involvement.
