Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix has cast its spell on the international box office, raking in a whopping $100.4m across 56 territories. The fifth instalment of the children's series has made an impressive $353.5m to date in only its second weekend. Transformers lagged far behind in second place, generating $33.8m from 41 territories in its fourth weekend, while Die Hard 4.0 was up 31% with a $23.6m take after expanding to an additional 11 territories. New entry Hairspray made the top five after a solid opening in the UK and generated $4.2m from 367 screens over the three-day period, while Bollywood romantic comedy Partner had a $3.2m take. And Quentin Tarantino's Death Proof shot up 800% to number 14, generating $1.8m at the weekend after a $1.1m opening in Germany, while Next, Pathfinder, Vacancy and Hot Fuzz all re-entered the chart.
