Munich-based sales agent Atrix Films has completed sales for the wildlife documentary Turtle: The Incredible Journey with deals to Japan’s Nippon Cine TV Corporation and China’s BlueMedia Times after selling to more than 40 territories.
Directed by Nick Stringer and produced by Big Fame, a joint venture between F&ME and Big Wave, the film follows the fight for survival of the loggerhead turtles.

The production by Allegro Film (We Feed The World, Let’s Make Money) was released by Austrian distributor Thimfilm on September 17 and has already sold more than 10,000 tickets in cinemas to reach No. 7 in the Austrian Top Ten chart. Thimfilm now plans to increase the number of prints by another 20 for its second week of release.
