'This is an incredible Romeo and Juliet drama that feels like fiction, a very intimate love story in a country that only knows war...' Autlook's managing-director Peter Jager commented of the feature documentary.
An account of a love affair, the film comes billed as 'a story about honor, tribal laws, disgrace, fear, and hope for change in a war-ravaged country.'
Other titles on Autlook's current salte include Renzo Martens' Enjoy Poverty, which was the opening film at IDFA last November, Nikolaus Geyrhalter 's 7915km, Fabio Wuytack's Persona Non Grata and Cannes hit Blind Loves directed by Juraj Lehotsky, which has played at many international festivals since its premiere in last May's Quinzaine.
