Terri Farley's romanticdrama Beautiful Dreamer will openthe 2006 Temecula Valley International Film & Music Festival on Sept 13.The festival, which runs Sept 13 to 17, will also screen the short West BankStory on opening night, a musicalcomedy about an Israeli soldier and a Palestinian girl torn between their lovefor each other.

Among the artists beinghonoured for career achievement on closing night are singer Dionne Warwick,actors Dennis Haysbert and Hector Elizondo and composer John Ottman. TheMayor's Visionary Award honoree is David Straus, the co-founder and CEO ofWithout A Box.
