SenatorEntertainment's executive board has been restructured following the end of theinsolvency proceedings against the Berlin-based distributor-producer.
Theconcern's two major shareholders Cologne media lawyer HelgeSasse and US-based German producer Marco Weber of HSWGmbH, which holds a 36.32% stake in Senator Entertainment, have now beenappointed to the executive board. Sasse is serving asCEO and Weber as the board member with responsibility for production anddistribution.
ChristopherBorgmann, who had been Senator's sole board memberduring the insolvency proceedings, will now take over the post of chiefoperating officer.
Inaddition, the German media consultant Wolf-Dieter Gramatkehas taken over from Sasse as chairman of Senator'ssupervisory board.
