The London Australian Film Festival closed March 16 with a record 7,000 attendees in its 14th year.
The audience awards went to Louise Alston's All My Friends Are Leaving Brisbane for best feature; and a tie of Tim Slade's 4 and Sunny Abberton & Macario de Souza's Bra Boys as best documentary.
The festival closed with Richard Roxburgh's Romulus, My Father.
The £200,000 fund is part of the £1.8m BFI National Lottery Innovation Challenge Fund.
Film is currently in production, from Bafta-winning director Cherish Oteka.
