Fast Track connects participants with financiers, production companies and industry professionals during the Los Angeles Film Festival (LAFF), which takes place from June 19 - 29.
Film Independent also announced that the inaugural HBO Documentary Film/Film Independent Fellowship and a $10,000 production grant will go to Christian Bruno, who is currently directing the documentary Strand: A Natural History Of The Cinema.
The fellows selected for the 2008 Fast Track programme will each receive access to film-makers and industry executives during LAFF. This year's Fellows and their projects are:

Rob Devor (writer-director) and Scott Macaulay (producer) Dynasty;
Clement Virgo (writer-director) and Damon D'Oliveira (producer) Enter The Cipher;
Bruce Dern (director) and Wendy Guerrero (producer) Hart's Location;
Andrea Janakas (director, and Pavlina Hatoupis, producer) Late Winter;
Bridget Bedard (writer-director) of Operation June Black;
James Ponsoldt (writer-director) and Richard Bever (producer) Refresh, Refresh;
Stephane Gauger (writer-director) Simon And The Stranger;
Christian Bruno (writer-director) and Abigail Severance (director-co-writer) Strand: A Natural History Of Cinema;
