Bruce Willis will star in the $60m thriller Expiration from financier-producer Emmett / Furla Films.
Brian Tucker’s screenplay centres on a hitman who is poisoned and has to find a cure before he dies.
Emmett / Furla will fully finance and is aiming to lock in a director in order to commence sales in June.
Tucker is producing and Steven Eads serves as executive producer.
The producers anticipate a March 2014 start. CAA is on board to sell North America.
