The first film from Mendez Esparza follows a Mexican man who, having spent many years in the US, returns to his wife and daughters and the mountain village in Mexico where he was born. Pedro De Los Santos, who appeared in Esparza’s short Una Y Otra Vez, takes the lead role here, with Teresa Ramirez Aguirre also starring.
