A remakes of the classic horror flick, starring Harvey Keitel (pictured), has sold to new outfit Hidden Agenda.
The remake of classic 1972 horror Cut Throats Nine has been sold to Hidden Agenda for Canada. The film will be released through its output deal with E1 Entertainment.
The new $6 million film, due to shoot early next year, will star Mads Mikkelsen, Harvey Keitel and Roy Dupuis. It will be directed Rodrigo Gudiño. The plot is about convicts who attacked en route to prison by murderous bandits.
Hidden Agenda’s John Hamilton will executive produce the film with RueMorgue Cinema’s Marco Pecota, Rodar Y Rodar’s Joaquín Padró and Mar Targarona producing.
