EXCLUSIVE: Magnolia Pictures International has secured a handful of key sales on the Roger Ebert documentary Life Itself, which screened in Cannes Classics.
Rights to the film about the life of the celebrated late film critic have gone for the UK (Dogwoof) and Australia (Roadshow Films).
Magnolia International also licensed rights to VSC for Canada and I Wonder Pictures in Italy.
Steve James directed Life Itself while Martin Scorsese and Steven Zaillian served as executive producers.
Christina Rogers negotiated the sales on behalf of the Magnolia Pictures International team.
