Guido Rud’s Argentina-based sales company FilmSharks has closed deals on David Bisbano’s 3D animation Rodencia Y El Diente De La Princesa, which grossed more than $1m in Peru through Universal.

 

Lionsgate will distribute through its Grindstone label in the US and Brazil’s H20 has committed to a 200-plus print release in winter 2014.

Distribution Company will release Rodencia in Argentina on more than 100 prints, while Cinema Republic will take it out in South Korea on more than 200 in the autumn.

Gud also licensed rights to Top Film in CIS, Flins Y Peliculas in Spain, Phoenicia in the Middle East, Visual Media Institute in Iran and Tuck Vision in the former Yugoslavia.
