The Korean company has completed deals on action thriller The Showdown and drama Wedding Dress.

Korea’s Sidus FNH has pre-sold period action thriller The Showdown to Splendid Film for Germany and Benelux and Stars Entertainment for China.

Produced by Bidangil Pictures, the film is the directorial debut of screenwriter Park Hoon-jung, whose two other scripts are also in production – Kim Jee-woon’s I Saw The Devil and a new thriller from Ryu Seung-wan. Bidangil Pictures also produced hit action thriller The Chaser (pictured).

Sidus has also sold rights to mother-and-daughter drama Wedding Dress to Astro All Asia Multimedia Networks for Malaysia and Brunei, Stars Entertainment for China and Nettai Museum for Japan.
