Film combines animation and live-action
At the Cannes market, Toronto-based Cinemavault has acquired international rights to Sex, Dogz, & Rock N’ Roll, an action picture that combines stylized animation and live-action.
Produced by Los Banditos Films, Sex, Dogz tells the story of a gang of killers assigned to recover a stolen microchip which has enough power to bring down the city, or the entire world, if the wrong dictator gets his hands on it.
Cinemavault’s managing director John Dunstan and its director of Canadian and international sales, Simon Howe, negotiated the deal with Los Banditos Films’ producers Timo Johannes Mayer and Benjamin Eicher.
