IMAX sites to screen Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol previews

UK cinema chain Cineworld is adding IMAX screens to its circuit. The first Cineworld IMAX screen will open at Cineworld Edinburgh on Dec 21, 2011. Openings in Nottingham and Sheffield are scheduled for early 2012, bringing the total number of IMAX theatres in the UK to 20.

The Edinburgh screen will be operational for preview screening of Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol. The film is the first to get preview screenings on IMAX screens in the UK. More than 30 minutes of Ghost Protocol was shot using IMAX cameras.
