France-based The Coproduction Office and US-based Katapult Film Sales have merged their sales business and will operate together for the first time at MIPTV.

Both entities will keep their catalogues and acquisitions separate and
continue to nurture their respective profiles and brands. Coproduction’s strength is world cinema while Katapult focuses on English-language fare.

Philippe Bober and Vanja Kalurjercic remain in charge of acquisitions
for Coproduction Office, and Anna Kvorning will continue to oversee
for Katapult. Kvorning will join the sales team under the supervision
of Sarah Calderon at Coproduction Office in Paris.

Katapult Film Sales was founded in 2004 as an international sales
partnership by producers Joni Sighvatsson and Jeff Levy-Hinte. Its hit
titles include A Little Trip To Heaven, Sherrybaby and Filth And
Wisdom.

Coproduction Office was founded by Philippe Bober in 1987 and the
company’s first project, Lars Von Trier’s Europa, won the Cannes Jury
Prize in 1991.
