Curzon Artificial Eye has announced a number of senior management changes. The company has said the restructuring is to meet the challenges faced by the growing group.
Richard Napper will move from his role as managing director of Curzon Cinemas to Chief Operating Officer of Curzon Artificial Eye. He will have direct responsibility for group theatrical sales and marketing.
Deborah Rowland, who has moved from Icon, has been appointed group marketing director.
Ross Fitzsimons will move to the new role of Director of Strategy and Business Development.
He will also oversee implementation of new sales processes for DVD, VOD and other non-traditional channels for the film catalogue together with an enhanced Home Entertainment team.
Louisa Dent will continue as managing director of Artificial Eye. Rob Kenny will continue to report to Richard Napper as Operations Director of Curzon Cinemas.
Tom Kelly will continue as managing director of Fusion Media Sales, the DVD sales company launched by Curzon Artificial eye in October. It will sell DVDs on behalf of Artificial Eye and Chelsea Films as well as several other independent labels. He will be supported by sales director Murray Dibbs and the Fusion team.
