The world premiere of Lawrence Kasdan’s film stars Diane Keaton, Kevin Kline and Richard Jenkins and will kick off the Santa Barbara International Film Festival (SBIFF) in Jan 26.
Keaton plays the wife of a neglectful husband who rescues a dog and enlists the help of wedding party guests to track him down after he subsequently goes astray.
SPC holds North American rights to the Werc Werk Works, Likely Story and Kasdan Pictures production.
SBIFF will also stage a Lawrence Kasdan Retrospective to include such titles as Body Heat, The Big Chill and Grand Canyon as well as a Q&A with the filmmaker.
The festival is scheduled to run from Jan 26-Feb 5.
