Production company Power has announced further sales of its first feature film, $30m thriller Flood.
Deals have been struck for Japan (CK Entertainment), China (New View, China Film and CCTV6), Korea (CJ Media), India (V Films), Hong Kong (TVB),Thailand (J-Bics), Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore (Ram).
Tony Mitchell's Flood stars Robert Carlyle in the story of a flood surge threatening England.
'Having Flood in our portfolio is an exciting and impactful way to introduce Power to Asia and the partnerships we are forging create a great foundation on which to launch our Asia office in February,' said George Sakkalli, Power's vice president, Asian sales and distribution.
Lionsgate Home Entertainment UK is handling the UK DVD sales, which have already crossed 100,000 units.
