Like elsewhere in the region the top three spots at the Danish box-office chart remained unchanged this weekend where Finding Nemo, Master And Commander and Love Actually sat firmly, and the latter only fell back 17%.
However, the best screen average by far was achieved by the new release of the critically acclaimed new film by Clint Eastwood, Mystic River, its 617 admission screen average was twice that of Finding Nemo. At fifth Underworld made a solid if unimpressive opening.
Moving back into the top 20 at 17 after nine weeks on release, Spirited Away, the first Japanese animated film to be dubbed into Danish, confirms that Camera Film was right to take this chance as it has so far grossed some DKR2m.
