Seven titles to be screened in UK as part of March horror festival.

US producer and horror brand After Dark Films is bringing After Dark Originals: Horrorfest (Mar 4-6) to the UK.

Seven titles will screen across the UK in Empire cinemas through distributor G2 Pictures as part of the weekend event.

Among the features getting their UK premieres are Simon Fellows’ The Task and Patrik Syversen’s Prowl.

Each title will also receive a DVD and Blu-Ray release.

After Dark Films was formed in 2006 by director/producer Courtney Solomon with Allan Zeman. The duo launched US horror festival Horrorfest in the same year and have a home-entertainment and TV partnership with Lionsgate and Syfy.
