The sales agent has licensed Stephan Elliot’s comedy A Few Best Men to  Buena Vista International, who plan a late August release.

The film scored one of the highest comedy debuts in recent years in Australia and has gone on to play in Italy and other territories.

Dean Craig and Elliot wrote the screenplay and Xavier Samuel stars as a British groom who who flies to the Blue Mountains in Australia, only for everything to go wrong, Rebel Wilson, Olivia Newton John, Kris Marshall, Kevin Bishop, and Laura Brent are in the cast.

Share Stallings, Laurence Malkin, Gary Hamilton and Antonia Barnard produced the film, which was funded by Screen Australia, Screen New South Wales, Ingenious and Quickfire Films.
