Toronto’s Breakthrough Entertainment has licensed the caper film Cas & Dylan starring Richard Dreyfuss to HBO Europe.

Breakthrough has also struck deals on its emerging children’s library, closing Russia with Travel HD and Poland with Boundless and Telewizja Puls for Crime Stories.

NCN-Media has acquired Russian and CIS rights to children’s properties My Big Big Friend, My Really Cool Legs and The Motherload.
