eOne Films International has seen strong demand for its new slate and has secured a number of deals on upcoming thriller Cut Bank starring Armie Hammer.

eOne’s Cut Bank has pre-sold sold to German Speaking Europe (Koch Media), Latin America (Gussi), Spain (Golem), Portugal (Lusomundo), Poland (Kinoswait) and Middle East (Falcon).

Other territories are expected to close shortly.

Armie Hammer, John Malkovich, Sir Ben Kingsley, Michael Sheen and Teresa Palmer are set to star in the Black List thriller due to get underway in the autumn. Acclaimed TV director Matt Shakman makes his feature debut.

Hammer will play a school sports star turned car mechanic who’s desperate to escape the clutches of his small-town existence.

Ed Zwick, Mickey Barold and Dan Cohen produce.

Shakman’s TV credits include Six Feet Under, Mad Men, Weeds and Ugly Betty.
