75 sites in the UK and Ireland to simultaneously screen rockumentary in September

Cameron Crowe’s rockumentary Pearl Jam Twenty is to get a simultaneous UK release on 75 sites on September 20.

UK cinemas including Vue, Showcase and Picturehouse will show the film in a one off screening in conjunction with Arts Alliance Media.

The retrospective film, released to celebrate the US band’s 20-year history, charts Pearl Jam’s rise to fame and their career as one of he biggest rock bands of the past two decades. Director, screenwriter and former journalist Crowe was among the group’s inner circle when they formed and has maintained a close friendship with them ever since.
