Candy Factory Distribution has acquired North American rights to the Lost Boy Productions documentary Alumbrones.

Bruce Donnelly makes his feature directorial debut that shot in Cuba and explores the perception of the country through the eyes of 12 contemporary artists.

Alumbrones played in official selection at AmDocs (American Documentary Film Festival) in Palm Springs this year.

Candy Factory Distribution will release Alumbrones at the Quad Cinema in New York City on September 12 followed by select markets later this year.
