The North American acquisition out of SXSW marks the third sale for burgeoning producer New Artists Alliance following deals on Milo and Cheap Thrills.

Todd Levin directed and co-wrote with Gabriel Cowan, John Suits and Andrew Orci.

Milo Ventimiglia, Sarah Shahi, Sara Paxton and William Mapother star in the story of a young grieving couple on the verge of divorce who receive a supernatural visitor.

Cowan and Suits of New Artists Alliance produced alongside Orci. Dallas Sonnier and Jack Heller of Caliber Media Co served as executive producers with Kerry Johnson, Ventimiglia and his DiVide Pictures producing partner Russ Cundiff.

Cinedigm’s Vincent Scordino and Kristin Harris brokered the deal with Kevin Iwashina of Preferred Content.
