GoDigital has picked up North American VoD and digital rights to You, Me & The Circus produced by Omar Epps.

Ty Hodges wrote and directed the story about four Los Angelinos in relationships whose lives are explored against the backdrop of a bohemian circus. VoD release is scheduled for early summer.

The ensemble cast features Anita Briem, Matt Dallas, Melonie Diaz, Marlon Wayans, Erin Cummings, Columbus Short and Hodges.

GoDigital CEO Logan Mulvey and Premjit Panicker of Panicker Law negotiated the deal with ICM and Christine D’Souza of Preferred Content.

  • TLA Releasing has acquired international rights to J B Ghuman Jr’s musical comedy Spork, about a social outcast who gets her own back at a high school dance show. TLA Releasing’s vp of operations Kelly Burkhardt negotiated the deal with Bastion Entertainment svp Honey Labrador.
