Salzgeber & Co. Medien has picked up German theatrical and home video rights to Antonio Hens’ Spanish-Cuban drama La Partida, which is currently in post-production.

The company has also acquired home video rights for UK director Bryn Higgins’ Unconditional from Cologne-based sales agent Media Luna New Films.

Meanwhile, the Tele München Group (TMG) has acquired all German and Austrian rights for the Brazilian Afonso Poyart’s Solace, starring Colin Farrell and Anthony Hopkins, from FilmNation Entertainment.

The mystery thriller will begin shooting in Atlanta, Georgia from May and will be released theatrically in Germany by Concorde Filmverleih in 2014.
