Comedy drama won audience prize in Guadalajara.

Guido Rud’s Buenos Aires-based company FilmSharks has acquired worldwide sales rights, excluding the US, Canada and Latin America, to Jorge Ramírez Suárez’s comedy drama The Misfits (Los inadaptados), which won the audience prize at Guadalajara.

The Mexican film is split into four segments, directed by Ramírez Suárez, Sergio Tovar Velarde, Javier Colinas and Marco Polo Constandse, focusing on different types of misfits.

Ramirez Suarez (Rabbit On the Moon) produced for Beanca Films.

Latin America has already been sold to Gussi and US/Canada to Distrimax.
