Live action film to shoot this summer.

The Institute’s Hansel and Gretel in 3D has sold to Russia/CIS (Paradise MGN), Eastern Europe (SPI), China (HGC), India (PVR), Middle East (Tanweer), South Africa (Nu Metro), Turkey (Media Max) and South Korea (Bloomage).

The deals were negotiated by law firm Loeb & Loeb, LLP. The live-action film goes into production this summer in Germany.

“The response from distributors around the globe is a testament to the worldwide appeal of the Hansel & Gretel story,” says Scott Gardenhour, co-founder (with Michael Bay) of The Institute.

Gardenhour is producing with Kira Madallo Sesay of Kalliope Films.
