Irish comedy hit to screen in key UK towns from July 4-12.

Mike Cockayne’s The Hardy Bucks Movie is to tour the UK ahead of its DVD release.

The Irish comedy, based on a series of webisiodes on YouTube, recorded the seventh biggest opening weekend of all-time for an Irish comedy at the Irish box office earlier this year. It will start its UK tour in Kilburn on July 4, before climaxing in London’s West End on July 12.

Each screening will be opened by The Hardy Bucks, who will perform a stand-up comedy show.

The Hardy Bucks Movie is distributed by Universal Pictures (UK), who will release the film on DVD on July 15.
