Troy Lum, Manager Director at Hopscotch, added: “Building on our recent successes, we feel that Williams has written a gem of a tale and this film will resonate with film buffs of all ages.”
The London-set comedy/drama is about an elderly widower who joins an unconventional choir.
Williams and Marshall previously worked together on BAFTA-nominated London to Brighton and The Cottage.
The film will start pre-production in late June; E1 will be selling the film in Cannes market.
